Georgia Grigoriadou
Georgia Grigoriadou lives already her whole life in Greece. She usually makes digital art and etchings, but in this symposium she works with cotton. She has a lot of experience with cancer, which has a history in her family. Her niece suffered from bone cancer when she was sixteen, and she was the inspiration for Georgia. Georgia created three dresses, which represent three bodies. The first is the girl's body, happy, playful and not caring about anything. The second is the suffering body and the third is the recovering and mature body, which has a different opinion of life and thinks more serious and positive. Georgia: 'no matter what happens to your body, you have to be positive. Life is here and you have to enjoy it every moment, every second'.
